Terms and Conditions

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
Deposits
All deposits are final and non-refundable. Deposits placed after twenty four hours of last contact will not guarantee date. To ensure deposits placed guarantee your date, you must leave deposit within twenty four hours of receiving contact from a member of "Evergreen Silk Plants".
Deposits are required for any date booked regardless of event. No date will be held without one.
Deposits may be refunded if cancelled far enough in advance, this is left up to the discretion of Evergreen Silk Plants and as such are not obliged to do so.
Packages
As we are a growing company our packages and items that we offer are continuing to grow and expand. If wanting to upgrade to a new package than the one initially booked an extra cost may be incurred regardless of the base price of both packages. This is left up to the discretion of Evergreen Silk Plants.
Packages will have set base prices, these prices may increase depending on additional items added. Items within package may be switched out with another, this is left up to the discretion of Evergreen Silk Plants and as such are not obliged to do so.
All packages have a base minimum cost and regardless of wanting to remove items from package the base price will always remain the same.
Prices for packages for one event will not constitute as a price of a different event, depending on said event the base price of a package may increase.
It is up to discretion of those using our service to ensure that all items booked will fit and be allowed to enter the location in which they are being placed. If they do not fit or are restricted from entering the location no refund will be given.
Payment
Balance on packages may be paid at any time up to twenty four hours before event. All event balance must be paid in full twenty four hours before start time of event. This may be done by contacting a member or Evergreen Silk Plants.
In certain cases, full balance may be paid the morning of event however this is left up to the discretion of Evergreen Silk Plants and as such are not obliged to accept payment once it is less than twenty four hours before start time of event.
Evergreen Silk Plants are not obliged to complete servicing of event if Balance in Full has not been paid and accepted twenty four hours prior to start time of event.
Additional Charges
Extra items added to packages may incur an extra cost, this is regardless of if the item in question is being added to package or exchanged for another item in package. This is left up to the discretion of Evergreen Silk Plants.
Delivery & set up charges will incur on top of package price. These charges may fluctuate depending on requirements of event and location. All charges set are left up to the discretion of Evergreen Silk Plants. All additional charges will be discussed prior to placement of Deposit and entire balance in full will always be completely transparent prior placement of Deposit.
If an item you booked is damaged and/or broken during your event the customer will be required to cover the costs of repairs/replacement depending.
If a package, event and or location changes thereafter placing Deposit, additional charges may change in addition.
If there are changes made to a package, event and or location and as a result additional charges incur. Evergreen Silk Plants reserve the right to cancel booking when payment of additional charges are not agreed upon. In circumstances as such, Deposits and percentage of Balance paid may be refunded in full, however this is left up to the discretion of Evergreen Silk Plants and as such are not obliged to do so.
